  5. Holy shit mate you saved me. This man wanted me to send my laptop to Zimbabwe. Thanks for saving me almost 200$ for shipping

  6. I am in a fire evacuation situation here in Sonoma County, CA and ebay forced paypal to hold $4400 worth of payments from me. I have been an ebay member since 1999 and have never neglected to ship an item, yet ebay and paypal both claim they are holding my funds for security reasons in case I don't ship the items. They say they won't release the funds for 21 days. I may not have a place to live in 2 days. They know this. I told them it is an emergency. Regardless, after 1 hour and 14 minutes on the phone, they refused to release my own funds to me.

  7. But it's your mistake…you ship only to address mentioned in ebay….if you changed it on your own, it's like you are shipping it another person…the Law doesn't protect the fools…sorry to say that!

  8. A piece of advise, I ve' been dealing with ebay for a long time. Always ship to the same address of the buyer and make sure you copy it correctly. Secondly, always ship with a tracking no. even if ite costs the buyer a bit higher. Always check the package through the tracking no. once it's delivered, inform Pay Pal to release the money earlier. If the buyer is asking something not logical or suspicious, inform ebay about him and they will keep an eye on him.

  9. You are so right I just got scammed as well on eBay I got fake emails I thought was from paypal but was from the scammer. You’re lucky you was able to stop your laptop from being shipped my iPhone had already been shipped and delivered before I realized something was wrong and eBay informed me that the buyer account had been hacked.

  10. another scam in UK buyers see expensive items post only, they message seller saying they will pay by paypal and can they collect, they collect then say they have never received item there was no one at home !!! even if you get cctv of them colleting item it is not good enough evidence !!!, to sum up, ebay arses, paypal arses. the law an arse.

  11. sick to the teeth of e bay !! ..between being double charged on items for shipping & pitney bowes , the public are starting to realize that ebay are just a big hungry multinational that doesnt care about any one..try emailing and u get more bullshit !!

  12. Hi. Peops. Ebay has ALWAYS been great with my Wife and I. However, if you pay with a Credit Card they will sort it for you. We have had NO problems with PayPal. You all take care out there.

  13. The protection you only have as a Seller…is to send the item to a Confirmed address and keep a tracking number. Paypal will not take the funds from your account if the buyer ever dispute their purchase.

But now these scammers are more sneaky. They’ll use a confirmed address for a shipping company where all their fraudulent purchased is shipped to and send them to indonesia. And all these items that are being shipped to this place were paid with fraudulent payment..

  14. Unknowingly I discovered a website called Codenimi, where I obtained accurate codes. You too can get 100% free giftcard coupons from them search in google as "Codenimi free" to get the codes. There's n "number" of genuine codes there.

  19. Hiya, you know what!! I got perfect coupons from codenimi. If you also want 100% genuine coupons then type in google as "Codenimi free". There are n "number" of genuine coupons there.

  20. Its not a scam u lying fool…noone would be as stupid as u to send big ticket items without tracking lol…its buyers who can scam u

  21. Hello, guess what happened!! I received perfect coupons from codenimi. You too can get 100% free giftcard coupons from their website search in google as "Codenimi free" to get the codes. You will come across plenty of working codes here.

  22. So if you don't use PayPal or eBay for shipping Big Ticket items what do you use what platform do we use

  23. it's 100% safe…..all you have to do is once the buyer pays you ship it only to the address that they have on their paypal end of story

  24. Lucky you that was just a laptop bro i have lost my $27000 like that there was a buyer in china wanted to ship items at his friend address and after few moths he open case on all his payments Paypal and got all his money back and there was no help on paypal they said thats your mistake i was like what the hell……………………….

  25. I’ve had a sale dispute on eBay, where the buyer damaged the screen of the iPad and tried to return it for a refund. EBAY ruled in my favour and said I won the case, so I never had to refund him. He then opened up a case on PAYPAL. PAYPAL then fully refunded him. Even though I told them eBay ruled in my favour and I never had to refund him. I WAS TOLD WE NO LONGER THE SAME COMPANY and eBay no longer have any say in PAYPAL disputes. SO NOW AS A SELLER YOU HAVE TO WIN TWO DISPUTES WITH TWO DIFFERENT COMPANIES ABOUT ONE TRANSACTION. As a seller you can argue from now till the end of time. IT WILL ALWAYS END IN THE BUYERS FAVOUR WHETHER THEY ARE RIGHT OR WRONG. THATS WHY FRAUD IS SO EASY WITH COMPANIES LIKE EBAY AND PAYPAL.

  27. Its common sense you never change the address or send it to another person address not listed without proof. It was your fault for bad judgement.

  28. I have heard of this but never thought people would actually fall for it. Now I have seen this video I know I just have to find a seller with barley anything on his page and tell him the same bull shit story of changing the address and get myself some free stuff.

  29. Thank you so much, i watched this video right before i left for the post office and i saved $540. The guy said that he wanted my item to be sent to soewhere in France but then he offered $120 more so that i would send it to africa for his “nephew” but he didnt change the addressmon the ebay order.

  30. I have an example to you all and please advice what to do. I ordered a bass in a company by Ebay and after a while I had to refuse it as it was broken. The Ebay seller charged my money back after receive the bass HOWEVER it has been 3 months and PAYPAL didn't refund me yet…I have emailed them more than 50 times and always the same type of excuses, they have problems with refund, one day they will pay me …but being honest I am pretty sure they are scamming me… Could you guys advice me who should I contact to report this issue…it's very painfull!!!

  31. Luckaly for me buyer who said lens ive sold was faulty (made a funny noise) returned same item to me. But i feel scamed by him bacouse Lens Ive sold was 100% working and I comfirmed it in professional Camers store. I had to pay return postage cost. He basicly just didnt liked it and made up story about disturbing noise that it makes ! It make a noise bacouse its a focus lens. Only thing I can do is report him to Paypal which i did and they will mark hes account ! You cant do much with Ebay itself as they favor buyers and scamers only ! I wont be selling anything else on Ebay !

  32. That sucks, On the other hand it also SUCKS if a seller wont accommodate a simple shipping address change that is handled THROUGH eBay messaging ….I just did that a couple days ago and seller was happy to help me out. The OBVIOUS solution is for EBAY to simply provide a change of ship address prior to it shipping…I believe Amazon accommodates on this as I recall. Having said that I stopped selling on Ebay after being burned badly as a seller

  33. Wowwww this is happening to me right now. This lady told me it’s a gift for someone. Hope I can cancel before anything happens.

  34. I am NOT a fan of either Paypal or ebay but…. the warning here should be: read Paypal terms and condition especially what you need to do to be protected as seller. 2 basic requirements are: post to paypal verified address only and make sure you post by tracked service. Its simple and clear. Video creator here did not read clearly the info about "paypal" protection so no good to blame them now. Had he follow those two steps he would not be in trouble. I am still not fan of either but blaming them for our ignorance is not fair

  35. A seller has no protection on ebay. I listed a pair of sneakers and very quickly got a buyer. The buyer made an offer for more than the buy it now price. WHY?? Why would anyone want to pay more than the buy it now? I reported it to ebay but they play dumb. So now my product is off the market for 48 hours until the buyer pays. Which is not going to happen.

  36. Yep it happened to me too. 1800 in cameras gone to the Philippines, they were brand new I paid for them and never got them back. Ugh!!!

  37. PayPal is not a safe PERIOD. The buyer and simply say they did not authorize the sale and you just lost your item.

  38. I get 2 federals incomes in my bank, pay pal and ebay ought to be out of business. 2 of the worst scams going.

  39. Exactly, some of thse buyers might even lie they received something else. Ebay is only protecting buyers. And i do not understand the necessary collaboration with paypal because paypal will stipp charge you money for transferring the money into your bank account

  40. ..not only that but they both like to make up bogus claims against you and shut you down.. while PayPal holds your $$ hostage for 180 days!! They are not for the sellers, both are scam artists!!

  41. Yeah they help thieves, they may started overzealous buyer protection because of seller scams, now those same people that were commiting seller scams have just switched to committing buyer scams, then have the audacity to just suggest that you just move on from it after they help someone steal your merchandise.

  42. I bought a gift card from EBay to buy a part for my sewing machine, I just found out that EBay won't take my gift Card unless I give them a PayPal Account or a credit card Number! This is crazy! I will not give them a credit card information or apply for a PayPal Account…. when I already spent money on a Gift Card. They are ripping people off with Gift Cards…. they take your Money with a Gift Card, but won't let you buy anything unless you give them more personal information… this is a Scam, Stealing. I Have used Gift Cards from EBay to do purchases and never had Issues, but this New policy they have is totally wrong, it is Stealing money from buyers…. and it also affecting the Sellers who are trying to sell their products online. I will never do business with EBay ever gain. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM EBay!

  43. i have a different problem… so a guy bought my item and ebay says "awaiting payment" even tho the guy claims he has paid for it (and its a buy it now listing)

  44. It’s not eBays fault in my opinion I do believe they should have done but also you should always only use eBay normally if any buyer asks for anything out of ordinary don’t do it ! Also pay attention to buyers history I personally wouldn’t sell to anyone with a low amount of buys I sell supreme and designer clothes ! If someone doesn’t have history of being a legit buyer I don’t care how much they offer me I’m going to reject their offer ! Someone tried to scam me recently by sending me a offer than asking me to message em outside the app😂 so I trolled em and just sent them prank messages ! Anytime someone wants to do business outside the app you know they’re a scammer ! They wanted to PayPal me money outside of the app so I’d ship it and they’d cancel it but I caught on the moment I saw what they were doing ! eBay is a great platform just be sure to avoid new buyers especially when you’re selling valuable goods!

  45. Thank you for this post. This confirmed that a suspicious buyer was indeed trying to scam me. Appreciate your help!

  46. Now it just have happened with me, I lost my item as a seller during a refund and paid shipping twice and now they refunded the buyer and me im fucked.

  47. I find it disappointing that you are advertising that PayPal and eBay are not safe selling platforms. When the reality of it is, that if you had read the user agreement that you acknowledged when you set up your accounts, you would have known that what you did was something that eBay Discourages because they realize what shady people are capable of doing.

I’ve been using both eBay and PayPal for several years now and have been scammed both by a seller and as the buyer but I have never had any issues getting a full refund of my money back.

  48. I just bought something from Ebay and I used Paypal and then after a few weeks someone used my account to purchase an item from China I would never buy. Good thing I caught it quick and canceled all my accounts

  49. So I have as of 3 days ago (7/21/2019) I removed all & or any offerings with GSP & Cut all ties with them … I Finally Got the old Kick in the Teeth By Them & (At the typical catch 22 of eBay) …

Sold a TOOL sober 10" Picture Disc went to the UK ~ Customer sent me 5 Pictures (Clearly the Vinyl & its Sleeve were cut-Deep with an Exacto knife) Then My Clear Tape covered by NEW paper Brown tape (Obviously Opened, Damaged & Shipped nevertheless) When the customer got the package (No Option to file claim against GSP) Only against the Seller as pre-set in place with E-Bay (Against ME) … I Am Out $70 & No ?? The 10" Rarity was opened by an IDIOT! Yes, it could have been the Buyer (But So Much for Insurance) & BYE BYE 2 GSP (Just Thought I would share) To warn others of the Escape Goat they use to Lie, Cheat & Steal … When they open the package & Ship it forward that was to mean it passed the inspection of as described (Supposedly I am Protected against any damages forward with Insurance) & IS THE buyer (But They PURPOSELY Make it Impossible to submit a claim) Forcing claims against only Sellers …

No Way to address GSP & Or E-Bay as E-Bay Passes the Buck to GSP & The Insurance the Buyer paid for is Disabled in filing any claims with … They are left to file only claims against sellers & E-Bay will Auto-Refund (If U don't)

  50. Address fraud to your bank carrier. EBay and Paypal are untrustworthy for sellers. New thing is that buyers have too much control and the only person who can win a dispute with these companies is your bank holder so cancel that debt card if you start seeing false claims from eBay users and be prepared to never use that PayPal account again. Your bank will constantly be in contact with them to get your funds returned if you have the shipping information just give it to your bank and they will handle the rest they will be in contact with usps and other mail carriers and find out that your telling the truth. You will get your money back but if you want to avoid any fees and charges . So let’s say you sold a $300 dollar item and the buyer makes a false complaint eBay will never side with you because you will lose money and they won’t they don’t care about you so to make them care and if your selling 4 $300 dollar items and already have your money and the item is shipped if you get one complaint your account was targeted for a scam especially if your new so call your bank immediately and cancel any debt card or credit connected to PayPal and claim it as Fraud they will send you a new debt or credit card free of charge most of the time or a small fee. Rather you keep your money for something you shipped to the right address and shouldn’t have to pay and lose the product because of this scampocolypse just make EBay and PayPal pay them cause that’s what they’ll do because of the poor customer protection for sellers they are untrustworthy and the system is a dictatorship full of grown people lying and scamming for funds and making false claims beware and be safe. I recommend Amazon or opening your own online store

  51. I just read ELON MUSK (another Zionist) owns Paypal now? WTF is wrong with the world that these Zio scum own everything that exists? I'm not talking regular Orthodox /non Zio Jews at all I like those people. Thanks for this never knew you could not leave negative comments for the scammers. Guess I won't sell my immaculate Sony Walkman after all cheers mate!

  52. I've had a similar problem. When I went to ship the parcel, the guy at UPS looked up the address and said its probably a scam. I didn't ship and told Ebay what's going on.

  53. So sell your stuff locally if its just a couple of items…but if its a business, all business's have loss's Plain and simple…..Tired of hearing complaints from Sellers…Old saying, the customer is always RIGHT!!!

  54. I’ve never sold anything on eBay but I have tried to buy stuff on eBay I tried to buy a refurbished iMac and everything went smoothly I got the box on my front porch took it inside and opened it and there was two bricks in it and no computer people get scammed on eBay all the time
